A Precious Case of Metalic Foreign Body in Ethmoid and Sphenoid Sinus

Abstract
|

|
Recently, authors experienced a precious case of a piece of aluminum chopstick within the right ethmoid and sphenoid sinus in a 17 year old Korean boy.
The patient had no any disagreeable symptoms and signs as well as foreign body reaction. due to above substance for these 8 years.
X-ray finding is the most valuable diagnostic method for foreign body in paranasal sinuses.
The metallic foreign body within´ the right ethmoid and sphenoid sinus was removed by Caldwell Luc´s approach. .
